Amazing Grace School & Orphanage

We are reconstructing a derelict school that cares for 81 orphans. Also attending this school are 270 further children whose parents are able to pay towards their education. Aim for Change feeds the children on a regular basis through collective sponsorship.

So far the charity has built a three room administration block and a classroom building for 2 classes, seating 120 children. So far 183 children have desks provided for by the charity, this part of the work will be ongoing until all the children can benefit from not sitting and working on the ground. New toilet rooms are complete as it the fresh water borehole.
The next stage is to purchase a further 5 acres of land for cultivation, this will help feed the children and supplement the teacher's salaries. In the future we will also provide for inclusion on this land; animal farming and in the long term maybe a home for the orphans, a place of their own.

The second classroom building housing three classrooms is now complete as is the fresh water borehole; the borehole serves the whole community and is make an enormous difference the the peoples lives.
